Job description

Job Description as HR Advisor with Stork:

Support and advise management of the business in the implementation of the operational staffing plan, within the framework of established HR policies, rules and regulations in order to realize adequate staffing of the assigned unit.

Task and Responsibilities as HR Advisor:

HR Activities

  • Provide support and advice on HR processes and activities to the assigned department/team business operations ensuring compliance to HR processes and the Human Resources strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies for the assigned unit, and (ensure), after approval by Manager, implementation and assessment of the HR (year) plan/budget for assigned department/team, to be approved by the manager on a higher level.

Advise

  • Issue advice at request or at own initiative to management and employees regarding the implementation, application and management of HR or related procedures, work instructions, systems, instruments and terms and conditions, as well as follow up implementation.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Support management in the selection and hiring of employees.
  • Ensure with HR Administrator the correct and timely administration of contracts.

Learning and Development

  • Advice management and employees in order to help the employees close gaps in skills and competences.
  • Ensure administration of employee development and training plans and results.

Control & Systems

  • Execute all administrative actions related to the application and implementation of all assigned HR processes and activities.

Management Information

  • Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments through periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting guidelines.

Specific Requirements for HR Advisor:

Education

  • Bachelor/Higher Vocational

Experience

  • 5 years of general experience, of which 4 years must be as HR Coordinator.
