Shipping Paralegal (Marine Insurance) – Singapore – Permanent – 55,000 – 60,000 SGD

An opportunity has arisen with a leading insurance company to join their legal team in Singapore in an in-house paralegal position supporting a large team of solicitors.

The role will involve diverse procedural and administrative legal assistance to shipping solicitors that will be handling shipping related insurance claims. Duties will include producing reports, conducting legal research and correspondence with clients, external lawyers and surveyors as required.

To be considered for this role you must have a law degree or equivalent qualification. You should have a proven ability to be able to multi-task and mange time well. Previous paralegal/ legal assistant experience will be advantageous as will any knowledge related to the maritime industry or shipping law.
