Fleet Safety Trainer – Cruise

My client are a leading cruise line company who have gone from strength to strength in the market and due to there continued success they are now seeking a Fleet safety trainer to join the team.

For the role you will be required to conduct training on board the vessel and that all the crew are trained in line with company policy and to make sure that all vessels are operating in the same way.

For the role the company are seeking the following:

• Ideally holding a Chief mates ticket or higher
• Safety officer experience onboard cruise vessels
• Be a confident communicator and be able to lead training programs
• Good working knowledge of Solas, marpol and STCW
• Be able to travel at short notice

You will be required to work within the office that is based in the UK and will have the right to live and work in the UK.
