Shore Excursion Manager (Cruise) – Mediterranean

Navis Consulting are currently looking for an exceptional Shore Excursion Manager to join our client’s Cruise Vessels on a permanent basis.

Job Requirements

• Have excellent organisational skills and a strong knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations T
• As Shore Excursions Manager you will be in charge of maintaining a high levels of customer service to passengers on board and whilst on tour
• Provide an in-depth knowledge of the port of call and experiences as well as dispatching of the tours and negotiating with tour operators.
• Ensuring Revenue targets are consistently met and creating end of Cruise Reports
• Maintaining a high levels of customer service to passengers on board and whilst on tour.
• Must be familiar with eastern Mediterranean trading area.

The ideal candidate will have: –

• Experience working on board a Cruise Ships as Shore Excursion Manager for a minimum of 2 years
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English language skills
