We are activity seeking an experienced Steward to join a research vessel for a 6 week trip. The vessel will be operating in America so the US C1/D visa is essential to hold to be considered for this role.

Qualifications required:
  • Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1) without restrictions
  • STCW basic safety training (Fire fighting, Personal survival techniques, Personal safety & social responsibility, Elementary first aid)
  • Passport with the right to work in the UK
  • UK Discharge Book
  • Food Safety certificate MLC approved
  • Designated Security Duties
  • US C1/D Visa

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
