Navis Consulting have an urgent requirement for a Dry Dock Manger who specialises in Large Vessels to be based in Florida.
The role
For the role you will be working with a dedicated team to achieving the delivery of projects over the next coming years. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project of the drydock from start to finish making sure that you achieve the project in budget and that the schedule of the dry dock is completed within the time scales given. Within the role you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practices and regulatory codes.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent degree/experience preferred.
- Eight to ten years of experience in planning and execution of dry-docks. Three to five years of managing a team.
- The Marine Engineer must have the right to live and work in the USA for this opportunity.
