Navis Consulting are currently looking for an exceptional Spa Manager to join our client’s fleet of Cruise Vessels on a permanent basis.

We are looking for the right individual to strengthen and complement our team on board. Cruise vessel experience would be extremely beneficial; however, our client will also look at candidates with stable CV’s who have worked in luxury hotels on land.

Your profile / Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of the Beauty Salon, Saunas, Fitness and Massage Rooms, including hairdressing, beauty treatments, massage, manicure / pedicure and fitness.
• Daily management of spa personnel, including familiarisation, on the job training, performance management and coaching.
• Is responsible for accurate charging of revenue to guests accounts and completion of all paperwork and reporting, both daily and end of cruise.
• Must be in possession of all valid STCW certificates: –
• Thai language is essential
• Hairdressing experience is also essential
• Able to provide 2 references

Salary & Conditions

• Salary – Very Competitive (paid all year round)
• Bonus/commission and tips can be earned
• Rotation approx. 5 months on/1 month off
• Start date – February 2020
