Shipping Assistant/ Receptionist (P&I Club) – Greece – Permanent – €18,000 – €20,000

An opportunity has arisen with a leading P&I club for a for a Shipping Assistant/ Receptionist to join their Piraeus office.

The role will involve full range of secretarial duties including diary management, preparing correspondence, arranging travel and events, meeting clients visiting the office, general admin and handling phone calls.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a clerical/ administrative role in a professional environment. Experience within the maritime industry is advantageous but not essential. You should also be a team player that is willing to undertake other ad-hoc duties required within the team.
