Senior Design Engineer – Southampton – £50,000+

A leading name in the luxury superyacht market is currently looking for a senior designer to join their strong team who specialise in the development and production of luxury superyachts.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the design of projects within the given time and budget and establish general arrangements with technical specifications.

If you hold a bachelor or master’s degree preferably in the area of shipbuilding or a technical degree with relevant experience gained in the ship (preferably yacht) building industry and have an in-depth understanding of naval architecture construction, mechanical disciplines, regulations and other aspect of ship building, preferably in a yacht building environment, with experience using relevant design and drafting tools such as 2D and 3D Auto CAD this is the position for you.
