Pastry Chef (Expedition) – Worldwide

Navis Consulting are currently looking for an exceptional Pastry Chef to join our client’s fleet of Expedition Vessels on a permanent basis.

As the Pastry Chef you are responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of food items to the required standard. You are responsible for maintaining safe and hygienic work practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience
• Advanced Pastry Skills
• Good Bakery Skills
• Shipboard Experience (preferred)
• Good level of English
• A flexible and motivated team player
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Portfolio of the pastries/desserts that you have created

Contract: Contract duration: 3 months on / 3 months off
