Bosc Technical Manager M/F

The main missions of the Bourbon Operational Control Center Technical Manager are:

• Provide expertise and support in vessel technical management to affiliate organisations in order to satisfy client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in the management of contract and the commercial process.
• Monitor Gaps that generate loss of revenues and coordinate with Affilaites in closure of these gaps
• Ensure fleet integrity in compliance with Bourbon Marine & Logistics Asset integrity Policy
• Monitor Bourbon Marine and Logistics maintenance policy according to Class & Flag regulations.
• Coordinate Affiliate Technical Departments with data intelligence entity through conference calls (MSMCC) in way to ensure operational excellence in terms of planned maintenance period, procurement & routine maintenance.
• Supervise and Monitor fleet maintenance Technical Downtime, budget definition and compliancy (OPEX/CAPEX) as well as routine maintenance performances (KPI 4A & 4B).
• Coordinate Unplanned Maintenance Period (UPMP) affecting operations on efficient manner and support affiliates aiming to reduce technical downtime and optimize their cost and duration. to the maximum.
• Monitor ratios and standards for the maintenance, as well as shore based cost / budget expenditure. Assist in the definition and monitoring of the OPEX/CAPEX technical budgets and challenge the performance vis a vis budget or previous periods.
• Monitor Report Technical activities reports (defects, feedbacks improvement...) and ensure effective use of CMMS and Task assistant
• With Safety as a priority, promote a safe working environment aiming at avoiding HSE incidents in all maintenance operations. Carefully analyze incidents in order to bring out root causes and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Follow up audits, certifications and corrective actions.
• Support and challenge refit or modifications p rojects as requested by customers and presented by affiliates.
• Support and provide guidance in technical aspect of the tendering process.Support and attend client interface on technical matters as and when required.
