Navis Consulting are currently looking for an exceptional Hotel Manager to join our client’s Cruise Vessels on a permanent basis.

Job Requirements

• Experience in rank on passengers’ vessels
• Minimum 2 years as Hotel Manager in cruise ship environment;
• Graduated education within the hotel industry;
• Strong F&B knowledge of all service procedures, managing a large team of crew;
• Excellent and proven management, organisational and communication skills;
• Guest focused, pleasant and outgoing personality and a team player
• Knowledge of the applicable codes, guidelines and standards
• Certificates in accordance to the STCW convention (Basic Safety Training, Crowd Management Training, Ship Security Training/ Security Awareness)

Salary & Conditions

• Salary: Competitive and will discuss upon application
• Rotation: Will discuss upon application
• Start date – First week in March 2020
• Flights paid
• Single Cabin
