Manning & Training Assistant (LNG) – Permanent – London – Competitive package

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading shipping company based in London

Responsibilities include:

• Book and coordinate training courses for shore staff
• Provide MLC documentation to the fleet
• Prepare & manage daily schedules for officers attending interviews & briefings
• Monitor & manage on board medical reporting
• Provide a level of operational cover of Manning & Training team
• Liaise with P&I club as required
• Contact Vessels regarding medical cases
• Build effective relationships with manning agents

Experience Required:

• The ability to work independently
• Experience working in crewing / personnel department for a ship owner / management company (Highly desirable)
• Self-motivated
• Good time management
• Fully competent with Microsoft office software
• Must have right to live and work in the UK
