Chief Commercial Officer Oil and Gas H/F - Subsea Services

In this role, you will report into the CEO of Bourbon Subsea Services.

Scope: across the business lines of the company, and in cooperation with top level managers.

Your mission:

• Define and implement the Commercial strategy for Bourbon Subsea Services ;
• Leading sales, Marketing and tendering teams and ensure continued development of the teams ;
• Accountable and responsible for Business Development & Sales ;
• Accountable and responsible for Tendering Process ;
• Manage customer relations and Monitor Client satisfaction ;
• Establish and deliver approved yearly order intake commercial turn-over and provide monthly forecast ;
• Update and implement Bourbon Subsea Services Marketing & Sales guidelines and policies
