Hotel Operations Manager – Cruise

I am working with a leading cruise line company who are seeking a Hotel Operation Manager to join the team due to there continued growth.

The company are seeking the following candidate to show and have leadership experience as you will be the main point of contact for all hotel operations of the fleet and will have experience in dealing with budgets and forecast as well as making sure the hotels across the fleet are compliant.

To be considered for the role the company are seeking the following candidate to have shore based experience in a similar role ashore and must have a cruise background. There will be travel with this role and you must be able to speak fluent English and desirable if you can speak Norwegian – You will have strong background in dealing with finances as well as experience in leading teams.

This role you will need to relocate as you will be based in the office.
