Job Description as Offshore Recruitment Coordinator with Stork:

The Offshore Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and reallocation of all Stork field personnel in-line with both Stork Minimum Standard, Client Minimum Standards and in accordance with company HSEQ policies.

Offshore Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all manning requirements are promptly met with appropriately trained and qualified personnel and that all relevant documentation pertaining to this function is maintained and easily accessible.

Tasks and Responsibilities as Offshore Recruitment Coordinator:

Operations Recruitment

  • Maintain the Recruitment “How to guides.”
  • Ensuring agreed recruitment targets are achieved.
  • Liaising with relevant technical teams to ensure competence of personnel or arrange training where necessary.
  • Advertise for vacancies where there are core crew positions available or a shortage of a specific discipline.
  • Ensuring the appropriate recruitment, selection and reference procedures are followed.
  • Ensure that employees have been properly inducted prior to any work assignment.
  • Ensuring all CV’s and certificates are reviewed in a timely manner.
  • Develop the company’s services with existing and new customers by maintaining regular contact.
  • Ensure that all contractual and employment documentation / processes are in keeping with current legislation and are updated on a regular basis.
  • Maintain communication with Operations Resourcing and Project teams
  • Reactive to varying personnel requirements and ensuring only technically competent personnel are mobilised in accordance with Stork and Client Minimum Standards.

Business Planning and Reporting

  • Ensure that all last minute requests are met where possible
  • Be reactive to departmental projects set by the Operations Recruitment & Reallocation Manager in ultimately achieving departmental targets.
  • Support during compliance audits from the client, regulatory bodies and training boards

HSEQ

  • Actively promote and ensure company HSEQ policies are not compromised.
  • Compliance and commitment to Stork’s Policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and commitment to Stork’s Reach and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Promote an awareness of the legislative requirements surrounding HSEQ aspects pertaining to their team and area of responsibility.

Specific Requirements for Offshore Recruitment Coordinator

Education

  • HNC/D/Degree and/or appropriate level of experience within a multifunctional organisation.

Experience

  • Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
