Job Description as SAP Master Data Engineer with Stork:

The of an SAP Data Engineer, is to support the ONEgas Assets in safe execution of work and to improve the system, working with multiple stakeholders for delivery of Z6 notifications and Asset structure implementation; with accountability to Team for actions and undertaking work by set deadlines.

Tasks and Responsibilities as SAP Master Data Engineer:

  • Managing daily Z6 processing.
  • Monitors (TR) Dashboard KPI’s for relevant processes
  • Contribute to Manage Equipment & Care and Preventative Maintenance Optimisation process.
  • Contribute to Maintenance strategies and requirements. Challenge non fit for purpose solutions in current standards, procedures and PM tasks list, proposes improvement solutions in current business context & installation life time.
  • Support maintenance engineering with specific SAP expertise.
  • Participate in maintenance optimization initiatives
  • Management of approved deferments for non-SCE in SAP
  • Implementation of all PMR changes in SAP.
  • Review, audit & share lateral learning's over clusters
  • Provide PM SAP expertise support to the Cluster teams, Scope definition team, Project team, Procurement, Technical Authority framework and Cost & Planning
  • Support to Performance reporting on data management team activities
  • Apply & Optimize EP-72 process.
  • Cross border calling of all preventative maintenance plans.
  • Provide support to Plant Maintenance community as an integral part of the Shell SAP Super User Network.
  • Capture completed preventative and corrective work order technical and integrity related history within SAP.
  • Accountability for end to end process

Job requirements

Specific Requirements for SAP Master Data Engineer:

Working knowledge of ONEgas Assets and process flows, with a technical trade knowledge (Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation). Candidates will be expected to demonstrate natural leadership with vision, courage, motivation, and good networking skills at all levels. They will be expected to drive an empowered approach to business and people management.

Education

  • Trade apprenticeship/ NVQ3/HNC in engineering related field
  • SAP Knowledge is desirable (full training supplied)
