Freight Trader (Tanker) – Copenhagen – Permanent

My client, who are a leading ship owner in the tanker market, are looking for an experienced Freight Trader to join their prestigious cargo trading desk in Copenhagen.

In this role you will be required to offer clients tailor made solutions to the transportation of both dirty and clean cargoes. To effectively relet cargoes internally and externally you will assist in developing new business relations as well as maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers. Further to this you must identify critical trading opportunities on the spot market and successfully close CoAs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Tanker experience will put you at a great advantage and you must be able to showcase a successful track record of trading.
