Mission:

Ensure technical Management of a vessel's fleet (around 5 surfers 32/36m)

Responsibilities:

  1. Support and improve fleet HSE culture.
  2. Ensure management of preventive and corrective maintenance in conformity with Bourbon Maintenance Standards
  3. Ensure audit technical preparation for assigned fleet, support during audit, validate proposed corrective actions at BOS level and ensure effective closure.
  4. Act as Line Manager for his onshore personnel team and Functional Manager for Chief Engineer
  5. Manage Luanda spares, stores and consumables stock
