Health and Safety Manager (Ports) – Permanent – Portsmouth – Competitive package

Navis consulting have an exciting opportunity for an experienced H&S professional to join a dynamic organisation located in one of the UK’s most historic cities.

You will be responsible for adding value by the effiecient and effective management of health and safety for the entire site in accordnace with legislation and the Company standards, policies and procedures. With pro-active management and by taking tactical ownership of H&S strategies, policies and objectives, you will ensure that the working environment is maintained. With any health, safety, environment and port security issues handled within statuatory requirements.

You will hold relevant IOSH and/or NEBOSH certificates and have at least 3 years’ of operational management experience, preferably in a port environment. A PFSO certificate is also highly desirable.
