Resource Development Manager (Marine Aggregates) – Permanent – South Coast, UK – Competitive
One of the UK’s leading Marine and Dredging organisations is currently recruiting for a Resource Development Manager for their busy team in the South, UK.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Resource Development Manager will be expected to manage existing UK Group marine aggregate resources, whilst developing new projects and business to support the wider Group.
Key responsibilities of the role will include (but not exhaustive to);
- Managing UK group marine aggregate licenses on a daily basis
- Organising and managing monitoring surveys
- Supporting and developing new marine aggregate outlets, external clients and developing access agreements
- Providing geotechnical advice and support for the Company’s core activities
- Ensuring that tenders are prepared, new contracts are acquired and projects are executed in accordance with Company procedures and policies
The successful individual will have a proven track-record in a similar position in the marine sector, have experience and knowledge of various dredging equipment and have knowledge of hydrographic surveying systems.
You will also have extensive project management experience, experience of preparing tendering and budgets and well-developed management experience.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications
Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
