Aftersales Manager (Marine) – Portsmouth – Permanent – Competitive Salary

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in marine systems and solutions as an Aftersales Manager in Portsmouth.

The Aftersales Manager’s primary responsibility is to facilitate, own and promote the sale of Product Spare Parts directly to the Global Customer base and 3rd Party Service Partners.

Key responsibilities include:
· Define and maintain the up to date company Market Offerings within the spares parts catalogue: – (price, specification, parts description, manufacturer coding)
· Define and implement a sales process to include but not limited to contacting the customer base regarding sale of spare parts (who / how), quotation formats and discounts, orders and delivery handling
· Handle and coordinate quotes and orders in accordance with working procedures and guidelines, ensuring the highest level of quality and response times for quotes and orders
· Create within the CRM tool an up to date customer, master data base record
· Actively follow up quotes provided to the customer base before expiry
· Create and maintain working relationships with local sales teams regarding potential spares sales
· Work with supply chain to provide updated information to the customer base regarding estimated parts delivery times
· Maintain and develop knowledge of the customer specific solutions provided by the company’s solutions and the customer needs.

Experience Required:
· Bachelor level qualification, ideally in a business-related field
· Significant experience as a PCM Coordinator – aftersales Support
· Experience in B2B sales advantageous
· Knowledge of maritime environment and products (advantageous)
