Operations Manager - Dry Cargo

A successful shipping company and an office full of experience are looking for a passionate and diligent Dry Bulk - Operations Manager to join their Dubai office due to business growth in this region.

You will be mainly focusing on dry cargo business within the Indian, Persian Gulf, WC/SE Africa locations but there will flexibility for someone to come in to do business with existing networks if they prove strong enough.

You must have experience within dry cargo Operations as you will be expected to hit the ground running due to lack of resource available to train new staff. 

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience within Operations 
• Dry cargo experience is highly desirable 
• Must be degree qualified or equivalent in a
• Must have previously dealt with clients directly
• Strong organisational, attention to detail and communication skills
• To have the ability to overcome complex issues successfully
• Must be a team player
