Marine Superintendent (Small Craft) – UAE – Permanent - Competitive

A leading Shipping organisation is recruiting for a Marine Superintendent to be based from their operation in the UAE.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, key duties will include;

• Coordinating incident reports with the HSEQ team
• Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Safety Management System, as well as reporting any SMS deficiencies to management
• Implementing the Company HSE policy
• Ensuring all necessary crew and vessel certificates are sufficient and valid
• Preparing dry-docking lists and arranging prompt attendance of vessel breakdowns.

The successful individual will have sailed on Small Craft vessels as a Master Mariner and have shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent or similar capacity.
