MARINE ENGINEER - Seagoing

Grapefruit Recruitment is looking for an experienced Marine Engineer for a permanent positon on a General Cargo Vessel working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Candidates applying for this position should ideally hold a minimum OOWE unlimited or SECOND ENGINEER 3000KW Certification Near Coastal and all up to date STCW2010 certification and a valid ENG1. However, a lesser CoC (MEOL minimum) may be considered dependent on experience.

Previous cargo or small vessel experience as sole engineer is desirable.

Because of the location of this vessel, only candidates already living in the UK and who have the right to work in the UK will be considered for this position.
