Crewliner - Luanda Operations/ technical Manager M/F

Mission:

Supervises the operations and performance of the crewliners fleet in Angola

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support the HSE culture
• Assess performance of chief engineers with support Crewliner Technical Manager (off-signer debriefing, annual review). KPI: 100% CE debriefing/year, 100% CE annual review/2year
• Ensure follow-up of routine & corrective maintenance via TA. Monitor 4A-4B-4C KPI and ensure 4A is 0%
• Propose preventive & corrective maintenance plan to SONASURF technical manager for SONASURF technical team daily intervention. Acknowledge and validate preventive & corrective maintenance reports by SONASURF technical team and vessel's crew.
• Supervision of local Management of common spare parts stock
• Carry out Vessel yearly Technical inspection: KPI: 100% of vessels per year
• Manage unplanned maintenance : analyse defects, organize maintenance/ repair with S ONASURF Technical Manager, follow-up of purchase request
• Planned Maintenance Period: Carry out Vessel Technical Survey @ PMP minus 6 month, Supervise outstanding jobs reports raised by vessel for PMP, purchase request and order validation, PMP specifications validation in coordination with the PMP manager and the Crewliner Technical Manager
• Supervise and improve vessel reporting via crew training, job completion report & statement of fact review. Develop tools with support BMO to improve crew reporting
• Ensure application of class and flag requirements and monitor audits
