Work Planner (Shipbuilding) – Netherlands – Contract

Navis Consulting have an exciting new opportunity for a Work Planner to work with one of our shipbuilding clients in Netherlands on an 8 month contract basis.
Job responsibilities:

• Creation of job cards according to the guidelines of the WVB handbook. A job card consists of a work instruction with a corresponding time estimation and material requirement
• Collection of documents and data for the purpose of creating job cards
• Purchase control of drawings, diagrams and specifications on quality, timely delivery and completeness
• Support and control of document administration on correct and timely distribution to relevant departments and third parties (sub-contractors & suppliers)
• Continuously improve the quality of services provided

Person specification:

• Work preparation/planning experience in shipbuilding
• Dutch / English speaking
