An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Ship Owner based in London for a Tanker Charterer.

As a Charterer your responsibility is to maximise Sea Freight earnings from the Spot Chartering activities. To the do the effectively the Charterer will be required to network and develop strong relationships to build reputation with professionals such as brokers and charterers. Further to this you will be required to negotiate voyage rates and contract terms.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Approximately 3 years’ experience in a Chartering or Operational role within the Tanker segment.
• Previous experience in either; petrol, diesel, kerosene, biofuels and/or chemicals would be advantageous.
• The ability to speak fluent English.
