Underwriting Assistant (P&I) – London – Permanent – Competitive salary

A leading name in the International Group of P&I clubs is looking for an underwriting assistant to join their team of underwriters.

This will be a relatively junior position in the team and duties will involve assisting in underwriting P&I, FD&D and war risk insurance on behalf of policy holders and brokers. You will handle full range of underwriting services from new enquiries, amendments and cancellations through to renewals.

Applicants should have 1 – 2 years underwriting experience within marine insurance.

A good starting salary and package is on offer to the successful applicant and the opportunity to train up as an Underwriter.
