Maintain overall corporate responsibility for the construction of the part (or full) of FPSO in accordance with the design intent and quality requirement, safely, with best efficiency in terms of the schedule / budget

Responsible for managing the construction subcontractor activities entirely, including the perspective of HSSE, QA/QC, production engineering (shop drawing), material control and logistics, fabrication and installation, mechanical completion as well as the contract / commercial
Ensure the delivered FPSO meets high uptime, low maintenance and reliable long term operational performance requirements

Lead the entire project construction team as well as third parties (subcontractors)
Responsible for planning, resourcing, and managing the construction organisation throughout the project

Ensure the necessary resources, guidance and supervision of Safety and Quality assurance and control for construction contractor teams
Responsible for the relevant parties within the client, the management, partners, vendors, yards and sub-contractors

Ensure highest level of HSE performance within construction activities including: full range of HSE activities, leading by example, communicating, monitoring, and putting in place positive and negative consequences depending on events/outcome
Support Project Manager with activities as required including reporting, project cost and schedule control, invoicing, risk management, etc.

Requirements:

Ideally 20 years of experience with engineering/construction experience within the offshore industry, including Project controls with specific focus on Cost Control

Any previous FPSO experience in operating companies is greatly valued
