RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to internal and external customer inquiries regarding rotating equipment repairs and service work.
• Obtaining parts lists, serial records, IO&M manuals, etc. for our service technicians
• Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, creating orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pump/rotating equipment knowledge or mechanical aptitude a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience a plus
• Must be able to read and interpret manufacturer instruction manuals and equipment bill of materials
• Must have an acceptable driving record

*Primarily office environment, but also exposure at times to an industrial environment

*Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Overtime as required.

*Willingness to travel occasionally for training or customer interaction. Must have clear driving record according to company guidelines
