SHEQ/Compliance Manager – Southampton – Permanent – Competitive package

Navis Consulting are working on a retained search for our client based in Southampton.

They are looking for an SHEQ/Compliance Manager to join the team and be responsible for ensuring that the port, all employees and visitors operate in accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures that apply to the business and its operations, at all times.

This position will form a key part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will work closely with the other members to ensure all port activity is conducted professionally, efficiently, effectively and in a safe environment. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of port infrastructure to ensure it remains fit for purpose and is able to support all activity.

You will hold IOSH and /or NEBOSH H&S and Environment qualifications and have experience with compliance, SHEQ and facilities management in a port environment.
