General Manager (Fleet Management) – Permanent – Germany – Excellent package

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international ship management company based in Germany. The company are searching for a proven leader for their Fleet Management Team.

By running all aspects of the management of the ships assigned to them and ensuring safe, reliable & cost-effective ship management for the vessels this individual will aim to deliver high quality services furthering the reputation of business locally and globally.

This role will suit an individual from a Technical ship management background, who has experience in a Fleet Manager/General Manager position and is looking for the next step in their career.

Ideally you have sailed up the rank of Chief Engineer on Tankers/LNG ships and then progressed into a senior role ashore. You will have excellent leadership and motivational qualities and be fluent in English.

You must have the right to live and work in the EU to be considered. An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
