Superyacht Bosun (with OOW Deck Unlimited Qualification)

THE YACHT
*The Yacht = Private Motor yacht - very professionally run!
*Length = 60m+
*Itinerary = Mediterranean in the summer / Caribbean in the winter.
*Crew = New Zealand, Australian and British
THE ROLE
*Job Title - Bosun with OOW Deck Unlimited to step up to CO in Future
*Responsibility - Managing all deckhands and being trained to be CO in future
*Rotation = NON-ROTATIONAL job living aboard the vessel with 42 days annual leave
*Urgency - Start ASAP (they will want for any notice period)
*Cabin Arrangements - Shared Cabin.
THE PERSON
*Bosun with OOW Deck Unlimited qualification and more intitiative than most
*Excellent English speaking skills
*Good management skills
*Minimum Experience - Been Bosun on large boats for a while and ready to step up - not career hopped too much
