Cleaner (Cruise Ship) - $competitive per month on board

ARM is seeking candidates for Cleaner positions on board some of the most prestigious cruise ships travelling the world.

Whilst being ensuring public areas remain clean and in orderly condition, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Report to workstation on time and properly groomed and dressed as per company policy.
• Operate steam cleaning equipment, scrapers, brooms, and a variety of hand and power tools, along with a variety of cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Cleans public bathrooms, elevators, offices, corridors, public areas and crew member quarters.
• Cleans, maintains, and replenishes towels and amenities in the Spa area including bathroom, lockers, showers, gym area, gym equipment, and reception area, if assigned.
• Cleans carpet. Upholstery, floors, walls, ceilings, draperies, windows, and room accessories.
• Maintains cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Transports guest’s luggage to assigned areas during embarkation, disembarkation.
• Participates in the loading of guest stores to the central storeroom.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years cleaning experience, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort or cruise line.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Completion of high school/basic education.
