Seaman Grade 1 / SG1 – Worldwide support Vessels
We are currently recruiting Seaman Grade 1 for our client’s fleet of support vessel
Applicants must be British, Irish or Commonwealth citizens. However, a number of career paths have nationality restrictions. Dual Nationality will be considered providing the first nationality is British. Note: Residency restrictions may apply

Requirements/Certification

• Efficient Deck Hand (EDH) certificate
• STCW Navigational Watch Rating Certificate Deck
• Current unrestricted ENG1 for Worldwide Sea Service
• STCW Personal Survival Techniques (copy of original and updated IAW Manila amendments 2010)
• STCW Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (original and updated IAW Manila amendments 2010)
• STCW Elementary First Aid
• STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
• Certificate in proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (original and updated IAW Manila amendments 2010)
• 6 months sea service in the Deck branch on board a Merchant Vessel in the last 3 years in a Discharge Book
• Able Seaman certificate
• Rotation 3/4 months on with 21 days earnt voyage leave per month
