Business Development Manager – Manchester – Permanent – Competitive Salary

Navis Consulting have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join an innovative and dynamic team to fulfil a variety of responsibilities.

The Business Development Manager will promote products and services to secure new accounts within Northern Europe and Scandinavia. The Business Development Manager will identify new strategic accounts, engage with them to demonstrate unique and compelling added value. You will also be responsible for account management to existing clients, but the emphasis will be on finding new business through a consultative selling process.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • Commercial acumen along with a desire and drive to succeed
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in business development or account management
  • Experience in selling software products
  • Experience in the Shipping Industries preferable
  • Experience in condition monitoring and techniques advantageous

The company offer a competitive salary and commission scheme and can offer this position as a home-based role with weekly meetings in Manchester up to two times per week. A passport is required for UK and overseas travel. This is a great opportunity to join a small but dedicated team with further progression opportunities.
