Supply Chain Coordinator

Supply Chain Coordinator –Dartford – Permanent - £21,000 - £23,000 DOE

ARM are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join one on our clients in Dartford on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The purpose of the role will be to ensure that orders from the customers are handles correctly, in a timely fashion ad that customer demands are met.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure there is continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products
• Continuous follow up on quotes and orders
• Process shipments
• Supply Customer Service with necessary information concerning delivery statue of orders
• Provide complete and updated information to Warehouse
• Prepare cost pricing information
• Maintain required control reports and documentation
• Assist other departments as needed on stock orders

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills with Excel knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to travel when required
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
