We are currently looking for an Head Chef for a Passenger Expedition Vessel

As Head Chef you are responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of food items to the required standard. You are responsible for maintaining safe and hygienic work practices.

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in same position
• Experience with International cooking
• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the English language
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience on passenger vessels required
• STCW documents can be obtained prior to embarkation.

Start: 01st of August 2019
Duration: 2-3 months, Long term position
Wages depending on experience and background of the candidates but will be approx.
Please note that for EU crew we can offer a Dutch Contract with gross wages, 200 EUR gross per day.
