Our Client is a fantastic 6* Cruise Ship that sails all year, across the globe, they offer a fantastic experience and service to their cliental. This position is ready for a dedicated professional that can present and offer that 6* service.

Expectations & responsibilities

• Exceed the Guests’ expectations in every aspect of personalized, quality, luxury, engaging and benchmark service deliveries by preparing mise-en-place in your assigned areas.
• To ensure the operations is strictly adhering to the companies benchmark LQA standards at all times.
• Must follow the standard LQA check lists designed with attention to details for consistency.
• Actively support the goals and objectives for the department and implement new policies and company initiatives as assigned
• Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues to ensure a team orientated atmosphere
• Ensure all areas are maintained in accordance with Company policy, Public Health, Safety Management System (SMS) and Safety & Environmental regulations; execute policies and procedures as appropriate to the position; execute safety duties as per the Emergency Plan and Station Bill
• Ensure mise-en-place of waiter stations, food pass area, coffee stations, buffets, condiments for service are ready before and mise- en-place (polishing and cleaning) is completed.
• Commis de Rang is responsible to check the waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, service areas mise en place prior to the service and after the service.

Salary & conditions

• Salary: $1979.58 per month + overtime
• Cabin: sharing up to 3
• Rotation: 6/2
