Property Manager – South England – Permanent – £64,000 – £70,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a distinguished Port operator. You will provide a comprehensive Valuations and Estates service for transactions in the property market. As well as negotiate on rentals, premiums and sales for statutory licensed river works.

The successful applicant will be chartered surveyor with at least 5 years’ experience specialising in commercial rents. You will also need to be capable of supervising the training of a graduate wishing to become a chartered surveyor.
