Deck Foreman M/F

Our Deck Foremen are trained to be committed to safety and the safety procedures on the Deck. They participate in the lifting plan and check the integrity of any rigging and its certification. This is a critical position as safety on the Deck is the highest priority therefore our Deck Foreman must have extensive experience of lifting and Deck operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of Master or Shift Supervisor (depending on the responsibility Matrix of the Operations adopted)
• Give instructions to the crane operator during deck / over-boarding / ship to ship transfers
• Collect instructions from shift supervisor / Captain to organize the deck work during offshore works.
• Organize and supervise riggers work schedule
• Coordinate Crane Operator operations as and when required
