Chartering Specialist (Oil & Gas) – Permanent – London – Competitive

An international Oil & Gas organisation is currently recruiting for a Chartering Specialist to join the team in London.

Reporting to the Chartering Manager, key responsibilities include;

• Chartering of marine assets to support ongoing projects
• Managing the charterparties
• Liaising with suppliers, launching invitations to tender and issuing bid comparison for review and recommendation
• Assisting the Chartering Manager for issuing quotations, budgets and studies to the other departments
• Issuing KPI and Chartering indicators on a monthly basis

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in other Chartering positions in either the Oil & Gas or Shipping industries and demonstrate excellent contract and negotiation skills.

You will also have strong communication skills, be capable to manage challenging requests and have strong contract and negotiation skills.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position
