Programme:

Stork are now offering opportunities for highly motivated recent university graduates to join our 2018 Operational Graduate Programme and enter into a career in a progressive, fast moving and thriving business.

Our Programme offers a two year structured training and development programme centered on our operations function, whilst at the same time giving graduates a broad overview of all support functions. 

The structure of the programme over the 2 years is:

  • 6 Month Assignment – Operations
  • 2 Month Assignment – Support Function
  • 6 Month Assignment – Operations
  • 2 Month Assignment – Support Function
  • 6 Month Assignment – Operations
  • 2 Month Assignment – Support Function

The programme will commence in September 2019, so you must be available to comply with this timescale.  You must be willing to relocate internationally should the opportunity arise.

 

Job requirements

Location

The programme will primarily be situated in our Aberdeen office, based in Dyce, where Stork’s office and base locations encompass approximately 350 employees. Our extensive service portfolio means we offer many different career choices for employees, as well as an exciting place to excel, learn and develop. Over the course of the two year programme, there may be opportunities to experience assignments both at client offices and internationally.

Application Guidelines:

Stage One:

  • All applications must be submitted via the Stork website by no later than Monday 10th June 2019. All applications must include a cover letter detailing motivation for application, and what you will bring to Stork.

Applications will only be reviewed after the closing date

  • Should you be successful in progressing to the next stage, you will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire commencing week Monday 17th June 2019.

Stage Two:

  • Week commencing Monday 1st July 2019, successful candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment including verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning

Stage Three:

  • Following successful completion and passing of stage two, candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre, week commencing Monday 15th July 2019. This will be held at the Stork offices in Dyce, and will include a group exercises and an interview.

Requirements:

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors Honours Degree in a Business or Engineering Discipline

(Must have graduated no earlier than 2016)

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to be responsive and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong Problem Solving ability
  • Pro-active approach
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
