Port Administrator (Full time) - Permanent - South Coast, UK

We are seeking a full time Distribution Administrator to join our client based in Portsmouth.

This is a permanent opportunity working 4 nights on / 4 nights off and salary of £25,000 per year.

The main responsibilities of the position will be ensuring that the load notes and delivery notes are issued to the hauliers to ensure the correct product is loaded efficiently throughout the warehouses.

All relevant information from customers is received and collated to load vehicles and ensure all the documentation is present before vehicles depart the site.

The role provides for the preparation of accurate out-turns for the companies customers upon completion of each vessel, and support for the smooth running of the Navision in-house system and scanning guns in the warehouse.  

You must have experience using Microsoft office to be considered for this role and previous customer services experience would be ideal.
