Marine Engineer (River Cruise) – 4 on 4 off Night Shift – London - Competitive

Due to recent expansion, an innovative River Cruise company is currently recruiting for multiple Marine Engineers on a 4 on 4 off night shift rotation to join the team based in London.

Key responsibilities include;

• Ensuring vessel planned maintenance tasks are performed on time and ensuring all defects are reported in-line with company process
• To service and maintain all mechanical systems on board Company vessels
• Performing daily vessel checks, planned maintenance tasks and management of vessel defects across the fleet
• Ensuring that you comply with all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practice as required by current legislation and the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and practices.
• Undertaking any other relevant duties or reasonable request as requested by any member of the senior management team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a similar capacity and be familiar with high speed machinery and vessel propulsion systems.

You will have relevant experience of working in high pressure environments whilst maintaining high levels of safety and maintenance practices, be committed and flexible in your approach to work and enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team.
