I have an exciting role for an IT Support Analyst to join a global leading shipping company in there London office.

The IT Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for supporting my clients End Users across all European Offices with shared support of offices outside of Europe. You will be required to provide End User support for all business systems and take ownership for assigned incidents or tasks through the raising of tickets. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of equipment by installing software/updates on necessary platforms.

The ideal IT Support Analyst will have an excellent understanding of computer hardware, Operating Systems, Active Directory the Microsoft Office suit and modern Windows Operating systems.
