Job Description Training Administrator with Stork:

The Training Administrator will contribute to the delivery of providing suitable personnel to our Operations business. This will include the scheduling of training for all Stork field personnel in-line with Stork procedures, HSEQ policies, minimum standards and client minimum standards in order to support HR Delivery in the employment cycle.

Tasks And Responsibilities As Training Administrator:

Safety

  •  Compliance and commitment to Stork Technical Services Ltd policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and commitment to Stork Technical Services Reach and Environmental policies and procedures.

Administration and Correspondence

  • Co-ordinate the process for identification or expiring certification. Ensure employee certification is in line with company standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure employee certification is in line with company standards and client requirements.
  • Co-ordinate training with employee's availability, ensuring cost savings are identified with in house training, training provider locations and rotations.
  • Raise and submit training requests, receiving appropriate approval in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong working relationships between Logistics, Recruitment and Resourcing, Supporting Functions, allocated project teams and product lines.
  • General administration and update of Company database.
  • Notify and liaising with travel team to book appropriate accommodation.
  • Ordering and issuing PPE when required for employees completing training.
  • Communicating bookings to employees and issuing joining instructions when required.
  • Coordinate Employee performance appraisals.
