Integration Developer – Portsmouth – Permanent – Competitive Salary + Benefits

Your main responsibilities will involve:

Developing maintainable solutions to meet requirements.

Integrating solutions with COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) products.

Be involved in or create technical proposals and documentation.

Taking ownership for developing, implementing and executing your delivery plan.

Your skills and qualifications:

Essential:

Knowledge of non-functional considerations (scalability, availability, reliability, manageability) for complex, distributed environments.

Sound understanding and experience with various integration patterns.

Strong knowledge and development of REST/RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

Strong background in XML including XPath, XQuery and Schemas.

Strong background of securing APIs and developing to secured endpoints.

Desirable (but not essential):

Hands-on ESB/Integration development experience (Mulesoft, iWay Servuce Manager, Oracle Serice Bus or similar platform).

Deployment/Build scripting (Apache Ant, powershell etc) Experience.

SQL & PL/SQL development experience.

.Net development Experience.

Java development Experience.

Please note that eligability for SC clearance is essential for this role.
