An opening has arisen for an Instructor in the Marine/Nautical Training department for a leading cruise line.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering training in a wide variety of Nautical courses
• Development & review of course material/contents
• Liaises with colleagues and supporting personnel to ensure efficiency of course delivery processes.
• Professional development and keeping up to date with current practices and technology

Requirements & Experience

• At least 5 years of Cruise Ship experience.
• Is currently holding the position as Senior 1stOfficer/Safety Officer or Staff Captain in the cruise industry.
• Experience in teaching/instructing in the Maritime industry would be an asset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work well in a multi-cultural team
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in English, verbal and in writing
